Our daughter literally spread about a 20x20 inch of red finger paint all over our light oatmeal carpet. He got as much as he could get out. At that time, he also walked through the house and helped us get all other stains out. Then he did the best thing --educated us on the EXACT type of carpet we have and how to get stains out of wool and what products not to buy because the stuff we have ruin wool. Then the day just got better!!! He then walked through the house and discussed what we needed to do for an entire carpet clean for the whole townhouse and how to change our HVAC filters and what we need because our daughter has horrible allergies.
