Recognizes that our company meets WoolSafe and CleanSeal qualification standards for carpet care. That covers the chemistry we use, the equipment we run, and how our technicians actually handle wool, synthetic, and fine-fiber carpets in real Baltimore County homes.
What this means in practice: if you’ve got a wool rug, an Oriental, a viscose runner, or any delicate fiber that the wrong cleaner could ruin, our products and process are tested and approved for the work.

The individual-level credential. Confirms that our owner Shawn Mullikin personally completed WoolSafe Fibre Care Specialist training and testing in fiber identification, wool care, and the chemistry of cleaning delicate textiles.
Most carpet cleaners can’t tell wool from viscose by touch. Wrong identification leads to shrinkage, color migration, or fiber damage that can’t be reversed. This certification means the person handling your rugs has been tested on exactly that.
